Hi! I’m Chris. I’m a designer and doctor & forever a student of form and function.
I'm a board-certified pediatrician who works as a newborn hospitalist. I love working with families, teaching learners, and improving communication in medicine. I also spend my time at Camp Sweeney (a summer camp for children with type 1 diabetes), where I serve on the medical leadership team, teach medical students, and volunteer.

After graduating with a degree in design and working as a graphic designer, I changed paths to pursue medicine. What a journey it’s been! I love finding ways to integrate design and medicine. My interests include teaching, type 1 diabetes, palliative care, and communication.
